Client Details Our Client is a market leader in the Technology industry with a strong record of success and innovative products. Due to continuing business needs, they are currently seeking a South East Asia Senior Legal Counsel to head the legal function.
Job detail Reporting to the Managing Director for the South East Asia business, you will manage a team and lead the legal function for the region. You will be responsible for providing legal support and advice for all business units, partnering closely with commercial teams to achieve corporate objectives while minimizing legal risks. This includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, supporting bids and tenders and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and existing regulatory frameworks.
Profile You are a qualified lawyer with 10 - 15 years PQE gained in a reputable multinational ideally in the technology industry. You have a proven track record in prosperously supporting business growth and building high performing teams. A highly self-motivated individual driven to succeed, you possess excellent communication and interpersonal expertise.
