Job detail » Manage the overall P&L for the organisation in key markets such as South East Asia, China, Japan, South Korea and Australia
» Lead the development of regional business plans across Asia Pacific
» Forge and maintain key customer relationships with external stakeholders such as doctors and distributors
» Oversight of entire marketing activities being pursued by the organisation
» Create global branding strategies including market segmentation and product positioning
» Delivers on revenue and EBITDA goals for the region Profile
» A minimum of 10 years practice in general management in the Genomics/Molecular Diagnostics/IVD industry
» Prior practice of leading a commercial organisation across Asia Pacific while managing large teams
