Establish client's requirements and undertake feasibility studiesAttend onsite and consultants' meetings and liaise with clients, architects and associate consultants in the administration of projectsInterpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project costsPrepare various main building contracts, piling contracts and nominated sub-contracts for tender and contract formalizationMeasure and take off quantities for architectural and structural work elementsAdminister pre and post contract and consultancy workAssess variation orders, prepare interim valuations, cost plans and budget studiesCompile contract documents for executionUnderstand and adhere to the statutory building regulationsUndertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance of project workAllocate work to subcontractorsAnalyze outcomes and write detailed progress reportsMaintain awareness of different building contracts in current useValuing completed work and arrange paymentsProvide advice on contractual claims

Minimum Requirements

Internship experience encompassing both pre and post contract in consultancy environmentExperience within MRT/Tunneling is preferred.Individuals of the highest caliber who are confident, driven and with excellent interpersonal skillsOrganized and able to handle stressCandidate with extensive experience will be considered for higher position.

Preferred Qualifications
