Support the Vice President, HR Asia Pacific and Travel Retail to drive the strategic framework and deployment of learning initiatives that enables the organization to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities - Formulate and implement regional learning strategy.
- Define and develop curriculum and programs that address the strategic agenda.
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify and develop customized solutions that address emerging learning & development needs.
- Lead and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global and regional learning agenda and coordinate activities in the region.
- Identify and manage external partners for content and delivery; handle creation of contracts (in consultation with Regional Legal Counsel) and negotiation of terms of agreement.
- Identify and propose appropriate learning approaches to ensure an empowering learning environment and encourage behavioural change aligned to the Shiseido Group Philosophy.
- Establish regional learning governance framework including defining and continuously improving learning policies and processes.
- Oversee and manage the learning management system and shared services for training administration for Singapore-based business entities.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the Asia Learning Centre in Singapore and manage the annual training budget & preparation process.
Requirements Qualification and Experience - Degree in Human Resources Management or Human Resources Development
- More than 15 years of experience of which at least 7 years in a leadership capacity in leading MNC organisation
- Consultancy as well as hands-on operational working experience preferred
- Experience in developing & executing L&D programs and strategy
