The Company Our client is a highly-successful multi-national property company with their headquarters in APAC. They develop and manage a diverse range of properties across their portfolio. Due to their continuing growth, they are looking for an experienced Innovation Lead to join their team in Singapore.
The Role We are searching for experienced candidates to cultivate the culture of design thinking within the organization. The ideal candidate will have worked with clients across real estate and have experience in managing and growing their own team. Ideally, this individual would already be based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities - Develop training programmes to roll out across the organization from a design-thinking and innovation point of view
- Engage a committee to organise discussions and advise on innovation projects
- Ensure relevant policies are supportive
- Influence and formulate innovation mindsets to drive and promote the use of design thinking principles and methods
- Take a hands-on approach to promote innovation across the group, through projects and community-building
- Work with the regional leadership team
Skills & Qualifications - Strong strategic and growth mindset within a face-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to present in front of key decision makers in private meetings and networking events
- Well-versed in culture-change related initiatives
- 8+ years of experience preferred, with a good track record, preferably within a management consultancy
