Duties and Supporting Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining high standards of service within Spa and Fitness Centre.
- Handle all correspondences with regards to Spa operations and business generation opportunities
- Handle group spa reservations
- Conduct daily walkthrough of Spa and Fitness Centre to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Review reservations, therapists and treatment rooms availability to ensure optimal utilisation
- Review mystery shopper reports and implement action plans to continually improve engagement at all service touchpoints.
- Discuss operational issues with team and follow up on Spa packages, special requests and VIPs.
- Perform monthly stock checks
- Work with Treatment Manager to develop Spa Promotion plans
- Oversee monthly incentives for the Spa Therapists, Concierge and Wellness team
- Maintaining staff morale through leading by example and engaging with staff dynamically to motivate the team.
- Work with L&D team to develop training plan for the department
- Assist in preparation of the yearly budget in relation to expenses and provision for capital expenditures.
- Any other reasonable duties assigned by Director of Spa and Wellness
Job Requirement - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management in Beauty and Spa.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
