Location : This role can be based in Singapore / Hong Kong
What you'll do - Responsible for delivering Sales target across Asia
- Identify and develop effective B2B Sales channels in different markets across Asia
- Lead and develop the Sales function including front-line sales, client servicing and training activities
- Translate corporate sales targets and goals into specific objectives for sales staff, ensure clarity of objectives and effective monitoring management of performance and KPI review
- Manage resources across different markets based on strategic priorities and within set budgets
- Engaging key clients and providing the best solutions to address their business needs and maximize their sales potential with Klook
- Communicate business strengths and brand value to partners
- Acquire new capabilities, services and/or technologies that improve our proposition
- Work closely with various functions in the company to ensure Sales team is aligned with company's long term goals and strategies
- Identify market trends and stay in close proximity to the travel industry developments to provide up-to-date analysis and decision making
- Build a strong Sales team, create a robust culture and provide the necessary resources to ensure that the Sales team is successful
What you'll need - BS/MS degree
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B Sales with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- You are experienced in crafting sales strategies and P&L management
- Strong track record in identifying, qualifying and closing business
- You are an articulate professional with exceptional communication skills and strong influencing abilities who is comfortable interfacing with all levels of management (internally and externally)
- Willing to travel as needed to spend time with key partners
