about the job As the Customer Service Representative, you will mainly be providing customer service to all Japanese customers. This will include delivering excellent customer service and managing the needs of Japanese customers through phone calls and emails. You will be required to have a good understanding of the company's products & services and advise the Japanese customers accordingly. You will assist in addressing any of their concerns or inquiries effectively. In addition, you will be required to work closely and collaboratively with team members & internal departments.
about the manager / team
You will be a part of a closely knitted team and you will report directly into the Customer Service Manager in Singapore to ensure that the operations are smooth and efficient. You will take on a proactive and friendly approach when handling internal queries and ad hoc requests. Your role is an important and highly regarded support function that could greatly influence a positive work environment.
skills & experience required This role requires you to be able to speak fluent Japanese in order to liaise with Japanese customers who are only able to speak in Japanese. You should come with customer service experience, ideally in an IT company.
In return this role will offer a salary up to S$3500 or commensurate with experience and qualifications. Be ready for a challenging work experience!
