Reporting to the VP - Branding & Marketing, will be responsible for leading, directing and overseeing the implementation of customer experience strategy of one of their divisions via execution of customer-centric initiatives and marketing programs.
The success of this role will be measured on the following criteria:
- Owns CX vision and oversees strategic roadmap for the division
- Formulate and take the lead on all aspects of the division's customer experience function, including vision, strategy, roadmap and initiatives.
- Design, develop and deliver through integrated teams ongoing improvements as well as innovations to elevate the customer experience across all touch points and drive alignment on experience details.
- Oversees journey design teams and provides guidance on design methods (i.e. does not manage directly but monitors and intervenes where necessary).
- Enable business growth aspiration and meet the future customer requirements through driving organizational capability and executing marketing plan to drive attendance growth and enhance the firm's brand positioning.
The Successful Applicant - Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- 12- 15 years or more experience in CX management or marketing leadership roles within the tourism/ lifestyle / hospitality sector and having working experience in Singapore.
- Minimum 5 years in a management role, having a direct and indirect reporting structure
- Excellent attitude and strong communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive consensus cross-functionally and proven expertise in exhibition best practices and strategies.
- Possess strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights and trending from data to enhance operational model in driving superior experience for guests.
