Within its portfolio, the client manages a highly exclusive VIP club in Singapore to host their key business partners and high net worth clientele. This VIP Membership Club Director will oversee the club's entire operations and will help to identify potential F&B business opportunities for the group both domestically and regionally.
Description This VIP Membership Club Director is a team management position and will report directly to the top management of the company. This individual is expected to drive the highest levels of customer service and operational excellence within the club.
This role will also be challenged on:
Implementing effective controls of food, beverage, labor and operating expenses
Overlooking the business's P&L to ensure financial targets are consistently achieved
Keeping abreast with new menu or concept opportunities within the F&B scene
Managing the operations team and establishing structured training with development plans
Networking with celebrity chefs, top restaurant managers and key stakeholders within the F&B market to develop potential strategic partnerships
Profile The successful applicant will possess: - Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Management or a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years' of F&B operations experience in high-end restaurants or hotels
- Previous F&B experience in a team management capacity is required
- Proven track record of making strategic business decisions with extensive hands-on operations knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to network with high net worth individuals
