Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring smooth operations of the hotel lobby services
Provide fast, quality and efficient service to guests in terms of enquiries and needs

Ensure sales through suggestive selling and promoting in-house hotel promotions
Perform any other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Les Clefs d'Or Holder
Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
To be successful in this sought after role, you will demonstrate the ability to excel within a luxury brand.
