Where You Come In:

As the supervisor for L27 Rooftop Lounge, you will work side-by-side with the manager to ensure delivery of high quality service. Working directly with guests will be a big part of your daily activity and you will often take a hands-on role, so strong guest service skills and a dynamic personality are a must. Your conflict resolution and negotiation skills may also be used to defuse situations and settle disputes when necessary. Behind the scenes, you will ensure that the department is prepared and organized including monitoring food and beverage stock. You will also ensure that all company policies and procedures are being followed for everything from cash handling to health and safety. Above all, you will keep the team motivated through your energetic, positive management style while leading them to exceed guest expectations and deliver exceptional service.
