Key tasks This is a fulltime and you are responsible for assisting our concierges in providing exceptional, high-touch service, fine dining, event planning, research, theater, sports events and other personal services. Assistant concierges are able to provide an exceptional customer experience, embrace change, and thrives in a fast-pace environment.
Responsibilities and Duties: - Handling customer requests both on emails and phones
- Accurate and timely handling of travel bookings
- Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and vendors
- Updating customer information for CRM database profiling
- Able to complete multiple tasks
- Work schedule adherence will require the ability to do shift work 7 days (5 days out of 7 days)
