Essential and optional requirements Skills & Knowledge: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Tourism or Hospitality or Business Management
- Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources roles
- Generalist and Hotel operations experience are desirable
- Competent in local labour laws and employment law requirements
- Good knowledge of HR market practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office tools
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Self-motivated and energetic
Key tasks Duties & Responsibilities: - Based at Qantas Singapore Lounge (managed by Accor) located at Changi Airport Terminal 1
- Reports to Talent & Culture Manager
- Selection and Recruitment of Lounge employees
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new hires
- Process day-to-day T&C administration in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain and update the Payroll and eLeave system
- Assist employees with insurance matters and liaise with insurance brokers for relevant matters
- Plan, coordinate and executive internal events to ensure employee engagement and promote a good and efficient working atmosphere
- Keep track of probationary reviews and annual appraisals
- Handle work pass related matters
- Creation of personal files and general filing
- Manage resignations and clearance procedures
- Liaise with Finance regarding payroll matters
