Primary Job Duties of Project Supervisor for UHS Lighting Upgrade Project
- Act as Crothallay-to-day liaison between subcontractors and client. Respond to client questions and concerns and involve Project Manager as necessary.
- Work with Crothall Project Manager, client and subcontractors to develop overall phasing plan for work. Coordinate weekly calls/meetings with subcontractor and PM to review.
- Participate in weekly client briefings. Take notes and generate follow up correspondence in both written and electronic forms. Provide PM with daily e-mail updates.
- Work with subcontractor to understand and plan daily/weekly schedules. Provide client with advance notice of work taking place in their specific areas as determined by client.
- Ensure daily badging and sign-in protocols are followed by subcontractor(s).
- Work with Project Manager and client to ensure proper ICRA/ILSM documentation is created/maintained, and that subcontractors follow established hospital protocols for the work being undertaken.
- Ensure daily site cleanup by subcontractor and that established debris removal protocols are followed.
- Develop and maintain files for maintaining appropriate documentation. Documentation should include:
- Shipping receipts for materials received (provided by subcontractor);
- Daily work logs from subcontractor (establishing # of pieces installed, type and location);
- Photographs of completed work.
- Deploy and manage mandatory asset tagging process and maintain necessary records.
- Review monthly progress invoices from subcontractors with Project Manager and reconcile any questions.
- Work with Project Manager, technical consultant and subcontractor to ensure required savings Measurement and Verification protocols are followed and documented.
- Work with Project Manager, subcontractor and client to develop punch list and confirm all open items are addressed in a timely fashion.
- Work with Project Manager to develop closeout paperwork and facilitate final inspections by Client, NYSERDA and third party investors.
- Work with Project Manager and subcontractor to create client O&M manuals.
- Work with Project Manager, client and subcontractor to establish extended warranty protocols.
- Will require off-shift work as necessary to support project.
- Computer and phone will be provided. Client to provide dedicated office space in each hospital.
