We are looking for an RN with supervisor experience for:
2nd Shift Nursing Supervisor
$5000.00 Sign On Bonus
Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the nursing department and the care provided to the residents we serve. The RN Supervisor will serve as a leader to the nursing team, providing ongoing guidance and direction to staff RNs, LPNs and STNAs. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader and possess strong clinical and assessment skills. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the RN Supervisor will play an integral part in our high-quality clinical outcomes and service excellence.
Experience A minimum of two (2) year of supervisory nursing experience preferred
Post-acute care experience preferred
Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred
Education/Licensure
Current Ohio Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Ohio Board of Nursing
Graduate of an accredited RN or BSN nursing program
