We are currently seeking a Full Time Residential Supervisor for our Longmont, CO Branch.
Job Description - Manage the day-to-day operations in a Pest Control Branch consisting of multiple Pest Control Technicians
- Answer service questions
- Report to and accountable to the Branch Manager
- Ensure branch tasks are completed
- Facilitate branch logistics
- Review logistics reports
- Perform product and equipment checkout
- Receive product and equipment shipments
- Track warehouse and vehicle inventory
- Maintain and repair equipment
- Assist in training employees
- Responsible for warehouse operations, vehicles, and product and equipment inventory
- Ensure quality of servicing through focusing on branch specific logistics
- Must be able to mentor all branch employees by showing them what and how things are to be done
- Perform pest control services as needed
- Assist Branch Manager as needed
- Accountable for all of the above items
Qualifications - Ability to interact with customers, determine the root of their concerns, provide answers to their questions, and demonstrate value of the services provided
- Ability to interact with Service Technicians and show a genuine interest and concern about them, their families, and their performance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to proved exceptional customer service
- Two years of management experience preferred
- Demonstrate and practice a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Highly motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Must have a current and valid license with no more than three major violations, three minor moving violations, and/or one at-fault accident on driving record in the past 3 years
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required, proficiency preferred

Residential Supervisor Compensation
- Base Compensation: $32,000-$44,000 Depending upon size of the branch
- Quarterly and Annual Bonuses based upon a % of branch controlled gross margin
