Local HVAC Company is looking for a dynamic HVAC Field Supervisor to join our Team. We are a thriving and growing Company serving the Charlottesville area for 30 years with 80+ team members. We are seeking a team player interested in leading a team in our effort to provide Fanatical Customer Service as a standard practice for all our customers. The HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for:
- Managing HVAC and mechanical projects of varying size and scope
- Take appropriate actions to ensure projects are completed on time while ensuring a safe working environment for all team members
- Maintain professional and timely communication with the general contractor, subcontractors, and other company divisions
Desired Qualifications - 5+ years' experience in the HVAC / mechanical trades
- Leadership experience in HVAC / mechanical industry
- Familiarity with construction methods and installation methods
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
