What will you do? - Partner and work with business stakeholders across IPAC region to interpret business requirements using business requirement elicitation methodologies to identify and define functional and non-functional requirements
- Provide 2nd level of support for any Siebel or web issues that require coordination of multiple support teams for investigation and resolution
- Manage aspects of System Development Lifecycle that includes assisting and guiding the business requirements as well as working with other IT team members to manage project plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in application enhancements and expansions. Ensure local deviations are justified or are at least minimized to protect consistency of global applications and processes.
- Support the training and development of super-users in key functional area to ensure maximum optimization and efficiency of tools and processes.
- Work on global/regional/local projects that may involve engagement across multiple sites, business units, divisions, geographies, and cultures
- Process Improvement, to support implementation of application changes resulting from PPI projects or other required improvements.
- Comply with company's Global IT Policies and Procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
How will you get here?
I. Education
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
II. Experience
- Certified SFDC Administrator with 5+ years of experience as a CRM Business Analyst
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Excellent analytical, process design and problem solving skills
III. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Proficiency in SFDC Administrative tasks like profiles, roles, users, page layouts, approvals, workflows, reports, dashboards, process builder and flows, custom formula fields, validation rules, approval process for automated alerts, field updates and email generation.
- Expertise in data migration integration using data loader.
- Working knowledge of integration methods and best practices with tools such as OFM and Informatica
- In-depth experience in CRM business processes like entity relationships and converting to Salesforce custom objects, lookup relationships, junction objects, master-detail relationship.
- Ability to clearly understand business requirements and convert them into a functional design, and to collaborate with users to define solution approaches
- Positive attitude towards problem solving and working in teams.
