Reporting to the People Operations Advisory Manager, you'll be part of our People Operations Advisory Team to provide exceptional People Services to Klookers in all our offices globally. Success for you is transforming the way how People Services are delivered and creating highly efficient People Processes which add value to the business and the exciting journey of our Klookers.
What you'll do - Build People Process, Program Excellence and HR tools to scale People Operations to support a flexible global company
- Formulate and implement People Programs, projects, policies and procedures that are in compliance with all local legislation and which are aligned to our global People Strategy
- Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the elimination of unnecessary complexity and identification of better ways of working
- Manage regional payroll operations and benefits administration with internal and external resources, in close collaboration with the finance team
- Develop processes to detect, troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring integrity of data throughout the organization
- Drive the implementation of HR tools or technology and oversee their integration to ensure they are developed and leveraged to meet company information needs
- Define and track key metrics to analyze program trends and effectiveness, drive strategic design decisions based on data
- Embed Klook's culture across all regions by ensuring consistent and engaging employee experience are delivered
What you'll need - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing the execution of HR operations initiatives
- People-oriented, passionate about coaching and developing your team members
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility with and gain commitment from key stakeholders
- Experienced in managing multiple projects in a face-paced enterprise, across different geographic locations. Knowledge in Asia local labour law a plus
- Excellent language (English, Chinese & Mandarin) and communications skills
- Ability to routinely take initiative to identify issues and solve problems; thoroughly analyze information and make timely recommendations with minimal supervision
- A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
- Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
