Job Description What You Will Do: The Cybersecurity Cultural Experience Manager will help facilitate a robust security awareness program within the Corporate Information Security (CIS) organization. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Resilience & Culture and is accountable for developing key relationships throughout the business to think beyond the boundaries of traditional learning and communication paths to find the right ways and times to effectively engage colleagues. The Cybersecurity Cultural Experience Manager will leverage core cultural principles help to influence people's understanding and sense of responsibility for security.
Key Responsibilities: - Enhance CIS' global presence through a cross-cultural environment focusing on the development of effective communication between colleagues and a multicultural business landscape.
- Assess the various roles and audiences for security awareness materials/initiatives and develop custom engagement strategies aligning to cultural principles.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity Resilience & Culture team to develop compelling security educational and marketing content and establish mechanisms to scale globally.
- Sustain and promote the Cybersecurity Ambassador program within the APAC region and establish presence as point person for all respective ambassadors.
- Support regional Leadership to drive enhanced security awareness at the regional and local level.
- Continuously seek feedback and cultivate cross-functional and cross-cultural relationships to strengthen Cybersecurity Resilience & Culture program.
- Sustain and improve the Cybersecurity Resilience & Culture program by staying up-to-date on current and emerging technologies and participating in industry events.
- Collaborate across all business groups and sites to support security and cultural awareness.
- Work proactively with CIS and management to consider key information security risks, and how to help address them via program initiatives.
- Help define and deliver program goals, objectives, and tactics.
How You Will Get Here:
- Outstanding intercultural awareness of the challenges associated with international business.
- Experience in highlighting cultural differences in a specific, concrete manner.
- Experience in communications, marketing, user experience/human factors, and/or behavioral sciences.
- Experience working with communication and social media platforms, Adobe Design Suite, and/or PowerPoint.
- Bilingual and multilingual reading, writing, and speaking capabilities preferred.
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to write in Mandarin preferred.
- Strategic thinker; ability to communicate the vison and structure of the program in alignment regional cultural principles.
- Self-starter; organized; detail-oriented; motivated to set personal and program goals and proactively track performance against goals and initiatives.
- Foundational understanding of security-related threats and risks, as well as practices and capabilities to address them.
- Strong project and relationship management skills to manage multiple priorities - projects, deliverables, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences across the business.
