Job Responsibilities: - Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinical staff within the Residential and Special Education Day School.
- Direct the delivery of integrated clinical services in accordance with established standards and practice guidelines.
- Provide direct clinical and/or case management services as necessary.
- Reports to Director of Clinical Services.

Position Requirements Job Qualifications: - Masters Degree in Social Work or Psychology with a concentration/interest in the Child/Adolescent population.
- Professional licensure in the state of Massachusetts or if new state resident must be license eligible and complete licensing requirements within (90) days of first becoming eligible.
- A minimum of two years of human services experience providing clinical services, supervising services and/or coordinating clinical services.
