We’re seeking an Engagement Program Manager for the new Experience Center Asia, located in Singapore. This state-of-the-art center officially opens in November and joins a global network of Experience Centers designed to inspire and inform customers, build relationships, and accelerate sales. The Center will be home to a range of engagement programming including executive briefings, ideation sessions, industry and technical sessions, demos and immersive experiences, and prototyping capabilities. The center will host enterprise customers and partners from across Asia and around the world in an inclusive, innovative environment.
An Engagement Program Manager brings collaboration, customer-obsession and operational excellence to manage customer briefings with consistently outstanding results. You will work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs along their cloud journey and provide guidance to design a high-impact briefing. By bringing together the right content, speakers and experiences, the customer will realize value from the engagement, ultimately building customer trust and increasing adoption of Microsoft solutions.

As the Engagement Program Manager, you will
- Engage with account teams to understand customer business goals and desired outcomes. Based on these, build compelling engagements, selecting from curated programming, speakers, and interactive technology experiences.
- Set expectation for briefing deliverables and ensure timeliness with key stakeholders.
- Conduct post-mortems to verify that expected customer outcomes and impact are achieved.
- Maximize the impact of the center’s resources by qualifying and prioritizing engagement requests
- Manage Asia Center’s set of briefing topics, drawn from a global content catalogue, and in alignment with global content strategy.
- Manage, support and motivate the pool of speakers that will engage customers at the Center, including those located in our Singapore office and from Microsoft offices across Asia.
- Orchestrate multi-account briefing series, leverage existing agenda frameworks, partner with field resources to target attendees, oversee execution.
- Effectively apply the Center’s engagement management workflow and tools as well as scenario-based agenda templates to support scale and consistency. And a part of a global team, make us better by sharing your insights and ideas to improve the customer experience.
- Oversee the execution of assigned special events and VIP visits.
- Collaborate closely with a team of local engagement coordinators who will support briefing logistics.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, marketing, and/or business development, and/or related program management.
- Experience engaging directly with Senior-level executives and sales account teams.
- 2+ years of experience working across geographies and cultures. Experience with Asia markets preferred.
- Proven record of operational excellence with ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously, demonstrating resourcefulness in resolving issues, ability to prioritize, and detail orientation.
- Foundational understanding of enterprise technology trends such as digital transformation and cloud computing and/or Microsoft’s enterprise solutions.
- Exceptional presentation, written communications, and cross-team collaboration skills.
