The Opportunity

» My client is in the fintech industry and they are looking for an practice Finance Operations Manager who is specialising in payment operations

» Central region, Singapore

» Monday - Friday

» 9am - 6pm

The Talent

» Degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications

» Well Organised with an eye for details

» Excellent interpersonal expertise

» Financial or Banking background is a plus

The Job

» Reporting to the Head of Operations and supporting on day-to-day operations processes with the payment and financial services team

» Handles payment operations functions such as

» KYC

» Transaction monitoring

» Reconciliation of funds

» Risk Management

» Fraud avoidance

» Cash management (multiple currencies)

» Create/Maintain clients account and static data

» Improve processes and workflow

» Working closely with all business units to manage incoming request to the team

» contact with banking partners for integration and testing of company's product with the banks' infrastructure
