The Job » Responsible to provide level 1 and level 2 application support.
» Performing analysis and managing incidents/problems/requests.
» Prepare everyday / weekly and monthly reporting on data quality of risk chain in which the activity is usually more intense on monthly run.
» Supervise and monitor everyday and monthly chains and handle user request by working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams.
» Provide support on overnight batches to ensure that problems are swiftly analyzed and resolved to minimize down-time.
» Responsible for some automation and development to improve support activity.
» Prepare and maintain support documentation.
The Talent » With minimum 2 years' practice in application support in a large organization.
» With strong expertise in Sybase, Unix, Shell scripting, Perl and Control-M.
» Strong analytical or troubleshooting expertise.
» Effective communication skill and good interpersonal skill.
» With good expertise in Microsoft Office.
» With ITIL practice.
» expertise in Financial products (Treasury, FX, Credit, IRD) is an advantage.
» With exposure to Capital Markets applications, Counterparty Credit and/or Market Risk applications, Market Risk and Compliance domains.
» Able to communicate in French will be an advantage, in order to contact with French speaking counterparts.
