The Job Working closely with a team of 3 administrative staff, this function encompasses compensateing career opportunities and responsibilities summarised as follows:
» Supervise 3 administrative staff in everyday operations
» Data entry of orders information into system with high accuracy
» contact with inter-department colleagues to ensure accuracy of information
» Assist in general administration tasks
The Talent » Good working attitude and interpersonal expertise and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
» Strong command of English & Mandarin as the function will be liaising frequently with Mandarin-speaking clients
» Positive energy and able to work in a fast pace environment
»Comfortable to work on 5.5 days work schedule (Mon-Sat) with good remuneration package
