- Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the Red Carpet Customer Service Program.
- Oversees the processing of cash transactions for casino customers and Cast Members (Includes cashing TITO tickets, personal checks, travelers checks, exchange currency and processing cash advances)
- Be knowledgeable and comply with Title 31 regulations.
- Enroll patrons into Players Club, issue patrons Players Club cards, maintain accurate player tracking information, and assist the Marketing Department with all casino promotions.
- Answers phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
- Complies with state, company, department policies and regulations.
- Assists supervisor and co-workers as needed.
Qualifications - Manages Cast Members who oversee activities in the key support operational areas noted above. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these aspects of the department.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizationolicies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Cast Members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining Cast Members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Must be able to communicate positively and professionally with customers and Cast Members at all levels and have the ability to input a variety of data into a department computer.
A minimum of 21 years of age.
High School diploma and a minimum of 3 years of cashiering and experience and/or heavy money handling experience.
Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Manager.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
While performing the duties of this job, the Cast Member is regularly required to stand and concentrate for long periods of time; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
The Cast Member frequently is required to walk and stoop, kneel and crouch.
The Cast Member occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
