Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION An exciting opportunity to work with a FinTech start-up company as a Technology support and Deployment engineer. Your clients are banks and various financial institutions, locally and within the region. You will work in a team of 10 to develop and roll out new upgrades, as well as provide technical support for their in-house system.

The Talent » Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
» Minimum 3 years of working practice in a client technical support function, delivering excellent customer service to end-users
» Competency in Scripting such as JavaScript and Python is preferred
» practice managing servers on Amazon Web Services is a plus
» Excellent communication expertise
The Job » Provide hands-on technical support and respond to help desk tickets for the business Information technology and end-user environment including basic trouble-shooting.
» Escalate unresolved issues while maintaining overall responsibility for the activity.
» Responsible for processing of user registrations and training requirements.
» Manage production support for customers and product implementation with the clients.
» Work with the various stakeholders in process planning and execution.
» In charge of all new deployments and upgrades, assist the team with project delivery and R&D tasks on ad-hoc basis.
» Provide assistance and support in any Information technology related matters.
