DoorDash is looking for a Content & Quality Supervisor to guide a team of highly-motivated individuals dedicated to ning the merchant class="new_p"> As a Content & Quality Supervisor at DoorDash, you are responsible for overseeing a team dedicated to Quality Assurance based in our Phoenix office. Merchant satisfaction and retention will rest in your hands. We're looking for a natural leader, operator, and problem solver with previous people management or team lead experience. You'll be responsible for scaling our operations with a rapidly growing company while maintaining and improving on aggressive quality and speed metrics.
What You'll Do: - Lead a quality assurance team that is dedicated to ensuring our partner merchants are represented in the best light on DoorDash
- Improve on existing processes and workflows
- Work cross-functionally with Support Operations to provide high-quality support, Partner Development to deepen our relationships, and our SalesForce development team to improve our internal tools
- Assist the Merchant Ops Manager to further develop strategic relationships with offshore data entry vendor
- Execute in short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success
- Create, distribute, and present internal and external weekly reporting
- Build out a team of highly motivated individuals who are focused on merchant success
- Assess and establish goals for individuals and the team
- Maintain workflow and training documents

What You Need: - Bachelor's degree or higher
