» Meticulous, organised and detail oriented
» Immediate or short notice candidates will be preferable.
The Job » Responsible in AR and AP functions
» Handle general everyday invoices/billings and data entry into accounting system
» Work closely with Sales operational and Logistics teams
» Assist in monthly sales closing report
» Maintain and comply with invoicing procedures
» Validate and process staff claim for APAC office
» Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required
