Your day to day

Join us as a Senior Human Resources & Training Executive in Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre . You'll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we're looking for someone who can:

Responsibilities:

• Assist with employees' queries and employee relations issues;
• Advise and communicate human resources policies and procedures and labour law to employees;
• Administer all procedures and paperwork from employee onboarding to off-boarding;
• Update and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and files;
• Administer employee healthcare and benefit claims;
• Assist in recruitment and selection process;
• Manage both internal and external recruitment portals;
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events;
• Generate monthly reports and assist with payroll closing;
• Conduct orientation and training for employees;
• Administer training registration, records and grants.

What we need from you

Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Proficient in Times Software (HRIS & Time Management System)
