Description: Reporting to the Head of Market Access, this role will support the development and execution of optimal price and access strategies across the region by providing support and expertise on HEOR-related topics.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Support the Market Access function in the development and execution of optimal price and access strategies.
- Provide pharmacoeconomic and outcomes research support to the local affiliates.
- Develop and/or tailor pharmacoeconomic and outcomes research tools and methodologies to support market access across the region.
- Drive the collection of payer-relevant data (including real-world evidence) to support access and value communication.
- Support training for internal and external stakeholders on HEOR-related topics.
- Active and collaborative participation in cross-functional teams and projects.
- Support the provision of input to global teams on clinical trial design, outcomes studies or economic models.
Requirements: - Bachelor degree and/or post-graduate qualifications in pharmacy, epidemiology, pharmacoeconomics, economics, public health or biostatistics.
- Strong, practical background in HEOR, including modeling.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical market policies, particularly with respect to pricing and access.
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication including fluent English.
- International experience is desirable
