Description: The Role of the Integrated Health Management Lead is to support the development, implementation and execution of the go-to-market model and strategy for Integrated Health Management Solutions for the Asia Latin America Middle East Africa (ALAMEA) region, with a focus on SEASK and Middle East Turkey and Africa (META) regions, and that are in alignment with the global SBU and GCO functions. This role draws upon deep knowledge of integrated health solutions and diagnostics in the live-stock segment as well as understanding and experience in swine production systems. The role is a key interface between SBU, Dx and Monitoring, Digital strategy and the (R)OPU teams. The role feeds back regional perspective to influence global integrated health management strategy through advisory loops which are critical to the success of integrated health management solutions in the region.
Duties & Responsibilities: You are responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the go-to-market model and strategic Integrated Health Management plans for the region that are in alignment with the SBU functions.
You work closely with the global SBUs Dx & Monitoring, Swine and Digital on the implementation of the Integrated Health ecosystem (Farmera) and respective adjacencies (i.a. SoundTalks and Mobinostics) resulting in a customer focused offering that is fully integrated with the core vaccine business for the region ALAMEA, focusing on SEASK and META.
In collaboration with the local (R)OPU teams, you lead the development and implementation of channel strategy and customer service for the integrated Health Business.
You identify and act upon insights using market research, industry trends, competitive intelligence and understanding of precision livestock farming.
You are responsible for the development of capabilities in the (R)OPUs to become the experts in the field of Integrated Health Management and use data resources to drive customer satisfaction for desired business results.
You are responsible for the managing the business planning, LTF and OPEX for the Integrated Health Management portfolio.
You ensure close collaboration, exchange and alignment with SBUs on the communication and the implementation of global strategy to meeting profit and loss statement for the region.
You work closely and in alignment with your IHM counterparts in other GCO regions.
Requirements: DVM or Degree in life sciences. MBA or Marketing specialization desirable.
Minimum 5 years experience in animal health, livestock production, diagnostics or precision agriculture.
Capability to understand new digital technologies and how these can be applied to our Integrated Health Management platforms.
Strong communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
Ability to lead complex operational and strategic projects across functions, regions and countries.
Proven ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Show agility with a proven ability to develop and evolve strategic and technical elements based on research data and industry trends.
Entrepreneurial drive and experience in running a business like a start-up within a large corporation.
