Responsible for effective management of the tender, contracts and pricing management. Accountable for timely response to both internal and external stakeholders' inquiries.
Tender, Contracts and Pricing Management
- Supporting tender management (i.e. Perform daily checking of tenders, quotations invitation, preparation of tenders / quotations documentation as required)
- Generates sales quotation as requested by sales team and submit to external stakeholders in a timely manner
- Maintain tender & contract filing and updates the tenders & contact tracker in a timely manner
- Prepare dashboards for reporting back to management on tender status
- Establishes rapport with external stakeholders (customer); recognizes special needs of customers and offers additional assistance as required; renders service to customers in response to their requests; renders service to customers without delay.
- Coordinating with Sales, Customer Service and Finance shared services on pricing update in SAP
- Adherence to internal processes
- Develop best practices and recommendations to improve tender, contract and pricing process
Project Management
- Processes management reports and performance indicators for management to review concerning certain projects.
- Works on overall project planning, and formulates reports based on project scheduling and timetables for deliverables
- Supports internal and external inquiries and audits
Qualifications - Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience in operations or customer service/ order processing related function
- Preferred experience in healthcare industry
- SAP System knowledge will be added advantage
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, and work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function as both a team player and a team leader, able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships, work successfully within a team environment, proactive team player, able to take charge and follow-through.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work and thrive in a multi-cultural environment, as well as an ability to work in a matrix environment are required
- Having the flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever-changing supply chain environment and organization development driven.
- Strong application and knowledge of MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint
- This role may require the individual to put in the extra hours and may also be required to work during Public Holidays
