Job Description Key Accountabilities: - Complete the delivery of the training workshops to the agreed schedule and standards
- Coach and mentor the Financial Consultants to enable them to become digital marketing competent
- To design, develop, create and update training materials as necessary to meet the needs of the workshops
- Assist in the formulation of campaign strategies to build a lasting digital connection between Financial Consultants and their customers
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels to Financial Consultants
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update Financial Consultant websites, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Measure and report performance of all training workshops, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep training topics up-to-date
- Maintain partnerships with digital agencies and training vendors
- To comply with company's Data Protection policy in relation to collection, use, storage and disposal of personal or sensitive data
- Partner with the Brand and Sponsorship team on the management of digital branding elements
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education:
- University degree with at least 3-5 years working experience in digital agency, digital media publisher or client-side experience in digital marketing role
- A proven track record of relevant experience of delivering training in digital marketing field
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices with an ability to facilitate learning
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Incredible people skills. Ability to work with teams of creative personnel and content creators. Digital or creative agency management experience.
- A passion for new technology. Data-Driven DNA a must!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively both internally with functionally and geographically diverse teams and externally with creative and digital agencies.
- Excellent project management skills, good operational and process orientation.
