Department: Digital Plant - Industry Business
Reports to: EcoStruxure Expert Program & Sales Enablement Director
Primary Purpose: Develop and deliver the technical training components for the Digital Plant LoB and EcoStruxure Plant End User Solutions (for Hybrid and Discrete Industries). This role involves the development, maintenance and delivery of all technical training assets, including instructor led, virtual instructor led, online course materials and hands-on technical bootcamps. The assets will be used by an internal and external audience on a Global scale. Particular focus should be around developing and delivering training contents for; applications of Schneider Electric hardware and AVEVA software integration in context to EcoStruxure Plant architecture and new EcoStruxure Plant End User Solutions that incorporate Apps & Analytics.
Key Areas of Responsibility: Course Development
i. Develop EcoStruxure Plant (for Hybrid and Discrete Industries) products, applications and solutions course materials for end users, system integrators and Schneider Electric System Architecture Experts
ii. Maintenance and updating of course manuals / materials for new product and solution releases
iii. Run pilot programs and testing of course materials to trial audiences to validate new courses and ensure course quality
iv. Promote and work effectively in collaboration with team members located in other countries.

Client Relationships
i. Liaise with EcoStruxure Plant Architecture team, TVDA team, Activity Offer Managers & Country Training Managers to ensure customer (internal/external) requirements are met
ii. Assist in determining course prerequisites and additional requirements for preferred external training supplier partnerships as requried.
iii. Assist with the development of the EcoStruxure Plant Certification process by supporting the IIoT solutions content.

Course Delivery
i. Organise calendar of training delivery as required

iv. Assist with support/delivery of IIot Solutions portfolio training topics at regional bootcamp events, eg. TeXpert.

Qualifications Experience - Proven experience in the Ecostruxure Plant portfolio (software & hardware)
- Proven experience in the AVEVA software portfolio
- Experience in developing and delivering training to small and large groups
- Experience in manual writing/ publishing and preparation of Educational course materials including elearning
- Experience in educational curriculum, module structure and design
Skills/Personal Qualities
· Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills in English
· Knowledge of other Digital Plant offers / automation control solutions (PAC/PLC, SCADA, HMI, Networks, VSD’s)
· IIOT knowledge and experience
