AXA Singapore is looking for a strategic, imaginative and results-oriented content specialist to join its digital commerce team. You will be responsible for developing for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. This includes tactical campaigns for Cross-Sell and Up-sell AXA Insurance products. The objectives would be to develop action-based trigger and product marketing messages that drive changes in user behavior to purchase AXA products.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with proven track record, demonstrable creative and sales driving writing skills. As a Content specialist, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. If you are also an expert in content optimization and brand consistency, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all tactical marketing and product content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience towards actual sales generating business targets and goals.
A glimpse of your daily mission:
Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout
Create and publish engaging and sales driven product marketing content
Edit, proofread and improve all contents to ensure consistency with brand tone and guidelines
With other marketing, product team to ensure a balance in brand consistency and sales driving messaging
Optimize content according to SEO and through A/B testing methods
Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
Manage content distribution through online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
Develop an editorial calendar and ensure relevant content are generated on time by relevant entities
Ensure compliance with product marketing rules, regulation and law (e.g. copyright, terms and conditions and data protection)
Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
Qualifications Successful qualifier of this mission
Proven work experience as a Content expert/manager
Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics will be a plus
Familiarity with social media
Excellent writing skills in English
Attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management skills
BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
