Description As a Service Analyst, you will have an opportunity to impact key quality goals including Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Timeliness, Accuracy, Efficiency, and Process Quality (office or shop).
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Liaising with the Service Manager on major decisions.
- Generate invoices, send and follow up with customer for service job rendered.
- To follow up long overdue outstanding customers' account.
- Monitor and follow up service exchange components inventory status, update and report in the meetings.
- Update projects status including new opportunity customer in the meetings.
- Assist Manager in updating and consolidate Monthly Sales & Forecast report and AR aging report.
- Perform adhoc administrative duties as and when assigned by Supervisor or Management.
Qualifications Required Qualifications: - The ability to communicate effectively with team members and others in the work group, as well as customers and 3rd party suppliers.
- A minimum general certificate of education, high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Written and oral English and Chinese capability.
- Experience analyzing and solving complex business problems.
