The Home Care Educator & Clinical Field Supervisor will help to ensure the best prepared caregivers and highest quality of service for our clients. This position is part-time (10-15 hours per week) and has some flexibility with work hours except for caregiver classes which are specific. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Operations and is a member of the Home Care Services Team. This position will collaborate with other Directors and Managers.
The Home Care Educator & Field Supervisor will provide orientation to our new hires and is responsible for delivering a pre-written curriculum. This individual will also assess the skill level of new employees and refer them to additional training as needed to ensure their continued success.
The Home Care Educator & Field Supervisor will also be responsible for visiting clients throughout the Bay Area each month, and provide feedback and recommendations to the home care team. Visits vary by month and can be flexible as long as client arrangements have been made. Field supervision is intended to ensure safe, quality, care is being provided to our clients who do not have care management oversight.

Education and Qualifications: - RN, LVN or related Healthcare Bachelor's degree.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience in assessment of ADL and IADL in a homecare environment preferred. Five years of experience in a clinical environment required.
- Experience teaching caregivers is preferred.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power-Point), and some end-user experience working with scheduling data bases.
