Facebook is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to work as an integral member of our Global Gaming team, consulting with some of the most exciting Gaming companies and brands to be based out of Japan. With proven understanding of brand marketing, online and traditional media, this role will work in partnership with the Client Partner to develop Facebook solutions. At the heart of this role, one will work on all facets of the Facebook offering, Ad and Pages Strategy, Campaign Management, Creative and Measurement consultation. We look for candidates who enjoy solving complex problems through technical and analytical excellence and commercial acumen, synthesizing disparate pieces of information into concrete recommendations, and managing multiple streams of work. You should have a deep passion for and understanding of Facebook, our advertising tools, and our advertising philosophy. This position will be based out in the Singapore office.
RESPONSIBILITIES Work with advertisers to understand their business objectives and develop the Facebook strategy in partnership with the Client Partner, which will constitute building on insights, crafting media plans, page strategy, creative and measurement recommendations
Provide dedicated account management to top clients, to develop, manage, optimize, and support strategic account plans, and leverage data to create business solutions for clients
Marketing Solutions Expert
Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnerships
Media Planning, Strategy, and Measurement
Build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, and be seen as a key influencer in shaping product roadmaps, platform strategy and the overall Facebook narrative
Manage and analyze campaign performance to recommend optimized solutions specific to each clients' goals, metrics, and objectives, including leveraging large and abstract datasets to provide easily understandable and actionable insights for advertising campaigns
Manage advertiser page education, questions and related issues in order to build a strong foundation for client's Facebook presence
Develop vertical expertise, including industry research and perspective, to drive overall business objectives and marketing solutions for advertisers
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum experience of 5 years in a digital advertising agency, fast-paced startup, ideally Gaming/E-commerce/Travel of online advertising environment
Understanding of online advertising especially performance marketing
Knowledge of industry norms on media measurement
Excellent critical thinking, analytical and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross functional partnership as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A passion for and understanding of Facebook brand and performance solutions
