Are you a Maintenance Supervisor looking for a new challenge? AMLI Residential has a great opportunity at our brand new 222 unit luxury apartment midrise located in Long Beach, California.
As the Maintenance Supervisor at AMLI Park Broadway, you will be responsible for the supervision of the buildingechanical systems. You will supervise and coordinate activities of a maintenance team to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property are completed in an efficient manner. You will maximize resident retention based on maintenance personnelffectiveness and attitude, response time, curb appeal, property amenities and as well as budget control and proper maintenance of the physical asset. You will also schedule and directly supervise all in-house and/or vendor work. Individual should be willing to share on-call with other team members. As a maintenance supervisor with AMLI, you will also be expected to be actively involved in the budgeting process for your community along with managing and forecasting monthly expenses.
Requirements: Candidates should have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). EPA Universal Certification required. 4-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years supervisory experience; Lease up and Midrise experience preferred.
