APJ Contractual Services Product Manager

Office Printing Solutions (OPS) APJ is responsible for HP's printing portfolio for SMB and Enterprise customers.

As the APJ Contractual Services Product manager, you will the point person who works with the go to market teams and service delivery teams to define and build HP Contractual print services products. Your scope will extend across the spectrum of infrastructure build up, P&L management as well as definition of offerings and future services capabilities.
- Leads HP’s Asia Pacific Print as a Service business Strategy and Priorities setting.
- Overall Contractual P&L mgmt.
- Contractual Budget Planning
- Contractual Cost to serve and optimization.
- Lead and provide guidance to team across offers, value prop, services category management.
- Work with country teams to implement contractual category structure & GTM in country.
- Build out of infrastructure to support the growth of Print Annuity models
- Programs for portfolio optimization, Supplies connect and Services growth
- Define the APJ solutions roadmap with build portfolio with combination of Hp and partner solutions.
- Lead the build out of services capabilities and set up right processes to drive operational efficiency in service delivery.
- Engagement for alignment to customer segment strategy and goal setting
- Lead the development of contractual knowledge and expertise within Asia Pacific team.
- Managing a team of 8 Direct Reports
Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:
- Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Master's (graduate) degree in Engineering or IT related
- Over 15 year IT experience with 10+ years’ experience in the services business (preferred experience in solutions close to Printing industry)
- Experience in Product Marketing
- Experience in selling and delivering services through partners
- Experience in Business Analysis and Competitive Analysis, preferably in the APJ services/printing market
- 10-15 years of Services and Solutions sales in Asia Pacific & Japan
- Demonstrated P&L and Product marketing track record
- Good understanding of the printing industry (hardware and supplies), offering categories and HP offerings/ strategy
- Experience on contractual business
- Proven track record of leveraging partner services capability and channel management experience
- Leadership with team management experiences
