Your role The Program Manager Family Offices & Philanthropy UHNW APAC is responsible for creating a comprehensive regional strategy to engage Family Offices as well as philanthropists while delivering a consistent and holistic UHNW client experience. You'll be working as part of the Client Strategy Office UHNW APAC.
Your role : - Support a robust, market leading strategy based on delivering financial solutions to UHNW clients and prospects who operate through their family office or who have a passion for philanthropy
- Create inspiring content and curate for our flagship client engagement platforms, such as the Global Family Office Summit Asia and the Philanthropy Forum Asia as well as smaller conferences.
- Support your colleagues in other parts of the world in the content planning of various Forums across the globe
- Create and improve education for Client Advisors to identify business opportunities and better serve their clients re Family Office and philanthropy
- Drive regional and contribute to global publications
- Perform regional market and client need analysis in close collaboration with key stakeholders
- Work closely with key stakeholders across UBS, including Family & Philanthropy Advisory, Wealth Planning, the front office and Marketing to ensure we leverage in-house expertise in the development of relevant content
- Work closely with your colleagues across the globe to drive the regional development of the Global Philanthropists Community
While the key responsibilities are clear, the role is also open to shaping by the incumbent, and we would value somebody who has initiative and can contribute widely to the success of the team.

Your team You will be working in the Client Strategy Office UHNW APAC, based in either Singapore or Hong Kong. Our mission is to shape the strategic direction, drive business opportunities and support execution in collaboration with the front office for the UHNW segment in APAC.
Your expertise
You have a strong content background and are able to identify opportunities to act on in addition to you having:
- The ability to create interesting storylines on how philanthropy or the setup of a Family Office effects the legacy of families and the next generation
- Experience with philanthropy (e.g. in a foundation), or with a large family office
- Ability to work closely with and a good understanding of UHNW individuals
- Managed large and complex projects involving numerous stakeholders
- Experience in wealth management / private banking
