Job Duties/Responsibilities - Supervise a team of 25-30 phlebotomists covering several Patient Service Centers
- Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs
- Monitor monthly productivity and report any deviations as necessary
- Report any performance, compliance or staffing related issues
- Interact with the clients on a regular basis
- Resolve any client related matters or customer complaints
- Assist in the setup of new Patient Service Centers
- Hire and train phlebotomists to fill any open positions
- Perform operational duties such as payroll, monthly schedules and performance appraises
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and clients
- Perform, collect and prepare specimens when needed
- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- Travel to additional sites when needed
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory position
- Prior phlebotomy or healthcare experience is preferred
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is plus
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Comfortably working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
