This individual is responsible for overseeing a designated franchise region of the company. To uphold Brand Operations Standards and provide operational advisory support to franchisees’ Operations Teams and to ensure Brand Operations Manual is applied in alignment with local laws and regulations in assigned territories.
Responsibilities Essestial functions
- Performs BPE twice per year in assigned cafes
- Coordinates all restaurant openings in assigned territories
- Ensures HRC Food Safety and Sanitation Standards are upheld and in compliance with local laws
- and regulations (HACCAP or equivalent)
- Coordinates New Menu roll-outs
- Monitors Retail assortment cycles
- Participates in DC process as required
- Develops and maintains key CTS stores in selected franchise markets
- Actively supports on-going training and development in the field
Nonessential functions
- Coordinate operations between departments.
- Teach/coach and document employees who fail to meet standards to maintain a high quality workforce.
- Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners and investors.
- Attend client functions and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction and promote future business.
- Build business/market share by thinking of new ways to promote company and by participating in local events to increase sales and profits.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with in the business and social community.
- Spearhead annual philanthropic initiatives.

Qualifications MINIMUM
- 10 Multi-unit Operating capabilities.
- Advance restaurant and retail knowledge.
- Comes from an environment that utilizes corporate and franchise relationship influencing.
- Has contributed to increased revenues of products or services through solid business practices and will have distinguished his/her company through exceptional guest service.
- Possesses the financial acumen to see creative sales and profit opportunities.
- Has had prior successful management experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry (retail, food & beverage and service).
- Able to inspire, motivate, and develop café managers at all levels.
- Possesses a take-charge ability tempered with diplomacy.
- Should be very hands-on manager and will possess the insight to anticipate problems and the sophistication with which to resolve them.
