Production Supervisor
Fairmount Santrol has current openings at its new sand mine and plant facility in Kermit, TX. The plant, with annual production capacity of approximately 3 million tons, is scheduled to begin production by 2nd quarter, 2018. New hires may start as early as September 2017. Transportation and/or relocation assistance may be provided.

Manage production schedule on assigned shift
Supervise Lab and Production employees on assigned shift
Provide troubleshooting and production operator training
Make sample products for internal or customer evaluations
2-3 years supervisory experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred
