What will you do Leadership Academy
- You will work closely with Program managers and play a vital support role in all Leadership Development initiatives.
- Plan and project manage Leadership programs in a timely manner.
- Update and manage leadership training database and analyses of training feedback to ensure alignment to organizational goals.
Learning & Development - Business Academy
- Conduct learning needs analysis and execute roadmaps through proactive interactions with Management, HR Business Partners as well as Business Stakeholders.
- Partner with Program managers to identify, manage and deliver programs related to CPD, financial products and sales advisory, aligning to business needs.
- Continually evaluate effectiveness of curriculum, content and delivery methods through feedback management.
- Track and measure learning successes.
