Position Overview Autodesk is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our agile development team!
As a member of a team responsible for building foundational services, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of identity service that is leveraged by Autodesk desktop, mobile and web applications for managing authentication, profile and entitlements. The service is one of the key business enablers serving millions of customers every day. You will be working on cutting edge AWS technologies and implementing authentication and authorization related protocols.
Responsibilities: - Work effectively as a member of self-organized Agile Team that builds, owns and runs the service.
- Contribute to all aspects of service development including front-end, back-end, devops and quality.
- Assist in the operation of the service, e.g. monitoring, alerting, metrics, logging and troubleshooting
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field
- Internship or other relevant industry experience
- Solid fundamentals on OOP, Web programming concepts
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Committed to quality, including security and performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for developing robust software and writing maintainable code
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with programming languages such as C# /Java
- Familiarity with HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript
