Being a good conversationalist, you enjoy meeting and developing a strong relationship with various stakeholders, and creating intriguing story-telling content.
As Social Media Executive, you will:
Pro-actively respond to any comments, messages, post from guests on all social media channels within 36 hours (Facebook and Instagram).
Manage Google and Tripadvisor reviews for Grand Hyatt Singapore, Damai Spa, and F&B outlets. * Work alongside Marcom and Digital team to build more awareness with the goal of increasing revenue.
- Maintain good relations with local and international social media influencers through active engagement and pro-active hosting.
- Work closely with various departments to create hotel experience itinerary for social media influencers.
- Prepare monthly social media report.
- Provide content marketing support including photography and videography, either through in-house or by working with third-party vendors.
- Maintains and updates the hotel’s image and video library.
- Provide marketing communications support when required.

Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing Communications * Ability to develop a comprehensive social media strategy while ensuring that all social media efforts are aligned with the broader hotel’s business goals
- Good knowledge of digital analytics and social media
- Kept abreast with the current digital trends and online marketing channels
- Skills and ability to conceptualize and create eye-catching images for social media
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
Organized and attention to detail
