This position will be reporting to Regional Senior Director with the key responsibilities of managing the entire HR function for APAC region

They have built a strong presence across the region, whereby there is now an exciting opportunity for a high potential individual to join their team as the Regional HR Manager to drive their business excellence and support their regional operations.
Description - Planning and fulfil the recruitment needs based on business growth in mid to long term
- Develop and deliver the training for corporate initiatives and engage with external training providers
- Ensure optimal compensation & benefits packages within corporate governance, local country legislation, and employment act practices to attract and retain the talented individuals to the business
- Effectively manage to maintain the legal practices with the managerial teams across the region
- Build, drive and maintain strong employee relationships
- Develop effective and efficient HR processes that support the overall objectives of the business
Profile As a successful applicant, you will have:
- Degree in HR, Business or a related field, Master degree is a plus
- At least 10 years of HR management experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Passionate to be working for a consumer facing environment and grow with the business
- Stable and solid track record within the retail industry
- Be willing to be hands-on and operationally involved as required
- Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin to interact with internal and external stakeholders in Asia
